· Project manager for test stand demolition, including isolation from propellant farm

· Developed maintenance schedule for Launch Pad Methane and Oxygen Pumps.
· Refurbishment and reactivation of 7 X EMD Diesel Engines responsible for providing 4,500 HP per engine for ENSCO 8500 offshore rig power
· Developed training and maintenance plan to 7 X EMD Diesel Engines
· Developed activation plan for cooling systems pertaining to main engines, including salt water open-loop and glycol closed-loop system.
· Reactivated ballast system for ENSCO 8500 offshore vessel deadship tow
· Project manager for offshore vessel demolition including removal of winch draw works to be reused on Starship Tower
· Project manager for Starbase Tower cryogenic swivels for quick disconnect
· Conducted analysis for methane sourcing
· Developed Avionics Manufacturing process to meet increasing demand for flight computers
· Reduced Avionics parts defects through six sigma manufacturing and pareto analysis

EXPERIENCES AND ACHIEVEMENTS

Our HistorySpaceX, Senior Launch Engineer

Developed and built numerous Test Systems at Starbase Launch Pad with the intent to test and launch a 33-engine
Rocket capable of withstanding 16 million pounds of thrust force and emissions. Main projects included:
• Lead Build Engineer for Suborbital Thrust Proof actuation stand.
• Lead Build Engineer for Suborbital Pad A demolition and renovation.
• Managed fluids system build for test article, including welding, cement berm construction and routing 350 ft
of stainless steel pipe for Liquid Oxygen and Nitrogen transfer.
• Managed installation of Nitrogen tank on station transfer pumps.
• Managed installation of Liquid Oxygen pumps to perform creation of Gaseous Oxygen, requiring special
metals and extra alignment requirements.
• Managed schedule and build of booster Cryostation.
• Developed maintenance schedule for Launch Pad Methane and Oxygen Pumps.
